Before a person is permitted to work at a VITA/TCE site as a volunteer in any capacity, such a person must score 80% or higher in the Volunteer Standards of Conduct (VSC) certification test annually, and also sign and date the Form 13615, Volunteer Standards of Conduct Agreement, agreeing to comply with the VSC by upholding the highest standards of ethics.
