When we think of Change Management, we usually visualize activities - communication, training, impacts… etc. However, one of the keys to successfully managing change is the use of an individual or environment-related change model. Understanding how a person experiences change and how their surroundings behave in the face of change is critical for successful activities and interventions.

When we think of bringing about change, given that environments are uncertain and dynamic, and so change may have a different outcome than we expected, we are using the change model called the Contemporary View.
