Me with this last question in a cell that is undergoing mitosis, what first happens to the chromosomes after the nuclear envelope breaks down? a. they are moved to either pole of the cell b. they pair up as homologous chromosomes. c. they line up at the equator of the cell d. they replicate to make a new copy of dna. first attempt at this test said d was wrong so i'm wanting to say a or c.
