Are all the cells in the your body identical?

No not all the cells in your body are identical. You have white blood cells and red blood cells clearly they perform different tasks making them not identical. There are other cells that perform many other different tasks like digesting and healing your wounds. 

No certain cells are designated to a specific task like brain cells
