Sau khi phức Al3+-EDTA hình thành xong, lượng EDTA thừa được chuẩn độ ngược hết 17,84 ml Fe3+ 0,04109 M để đạt ĐTĐ với dấu hiệu là xuất hiện lại phức Fe3+ -salicylicmàu đỏ. Tính nồng độ mol của Fe3+ và Al3+trong mẫu.
