When the eye is exposed to bright light, are impulses sent to the brain or spinal cord? and is this reflex involuntary response or voluntary? I thought that if the eye is exposed to bright light, the pupil changes without our consciousness so might be involuntary, and maybe is sent to the spinal cord (but I doubt...)... is that true? Thanks
