How long does it take for mammals to evolve into a distinctly new species? What changes occur over this time?

It's either -limiting factors or -scarce resources but i'd go with my first answer since the food and water are abundant they really aren't scarce

In some developing nations the percentage of the animal protein from fish in the diet can be as high as 25 percent.  about 85% of fish caught is used for human consumption.  the remainder is converted into fishmeal and fish oil.
