Từ 200g nguyên liệu ban đầu người ta chiết tách được 0,5g chế phẩm E thô có tổng hoạt độ 150000 IU. Sau 2 lần tinh chế thu được 50mg protein-enzyme (chế phẩm tinh chế E) có hoạt độ 90000 IU a. Tính hoạt độ E của chế phẩm thô, chế phẩm tinh sạch theo katal
b. Xác định hoạt độ đặc hiệu (hoạt độ riêng) của mỗi loại E.
