How can you tell if a article is secondary source or primary source

Whether or not the article describes persenal experience is the major determining factor in this question. If the article tells the story of another, it is secondary, if the article was written by someone who is recounting on their experience, it is first peron. Hope this is clear and understandable.

If it is a primary source it will have thing that have happened soon with like there pictures,letters or even stuff from Diaries.
 
If it is a secondary source it will be stuff from like the past like stuff from published story's or text books.
