Salting is used as one of the methods of preserving fish. why?
salting of fish leads to diffusion of water from the salt into the fish making it juicier and in preservation of the fish or salting of fish leads to diffusion of water out of fish causing removal of water making the fish drier and thus in preservation or salting of fish leads to diffusion of salt out of the fish making it drier and thus in preservation.
