Explain how the body maintains homeostasis by adjusting to change.

When you are sitting in cold or hot weather and need to keep cool your body with do a process called homeostasis. When you are hot outside on a hot day. Your body will sweat and try to keep cool. When you are in the cold your body will try to keep warm, you may see yourself rubbing your hands together creating friction but that is what you choose to do. In your body cells and organs in your body are trying to warm your body up. This process is very interesting to me and I enjoy feeling my body at work. If you get a fan in front of you and feel your body cool down on a hot day then move it away for a minute you slowly will notice your body getting hotter. Hope I helped! ;)
