It can keep our energy levels stable !It can keep even  our moods balanced ! ! But therefore if we don't keep this balanced it can cause many compilations! It can Tremendously increase sugar cravings make you have poor sleep brain fog, anxiety,low energy, irritability,anxiety low energy It can even Cause You to gain weight!

what is diabetes

Diabetes is A condition that can come from ancestors or you can give it to yourself!Having this can result in too much sugar in the blood!The 3 main symptoms of having this disease is  polydipsia, polyuria, and polyphagia.

How do you get rid of this disease?

sadly there is no cure really for it but ways to try and help it and possibly get rid of it.is by eating healthy examples of healthy food is fruit and salads etc.you can also by changing your diet and trying to lose weight.
