Does anyone now what to do when there happy and sad ?

i think u mean what to do when ur happy and sad at the same time. If thats what u mean then just let all your emotions out. Even if you have to cry bc it's okay to cry. That always helps me feel better to just let everything out. :)

Normally it depends on the situation cause you can have multiple things that's going on that you have different emotions about, or you can have mixed feelings about a specific thing. You can see both the negative and the positive parts of the thing at the same thing, and this can be quite normal, it just means your seeing everything about it at once, and not piece by piece. Normally if someone has mixed emotions on something, they can tend to go through each emotion phase, one emotion at a time. In simpler terms, you can feel happy about it at first, and once you learn more about it or see more of what it is you can start to feel and see the negative parts of it, the point is to you does the negative outweigh the positive to you, cause if it does it's probably not worth putting up with, or does the positive outweigh the negative, do you get enough joy from this thing that its worth the bad, and that is what you would have to figure out if you're confused if having that thing in your life is the right choice. It also depends on the situation or thing that's causing you mixed emotions, and if its caused you these things in the past, if you're more specific i could explain, discuss, and help you a lot more if needed!
