35-year-old otherwise healthy female experience pain, fatigue, Blurry vision impaired coordination and found the symptoms, often Mild, come and go. She was symptom-free for the next six months without any treatment following which the symptoms appeared and gradually worsened. Routine blood work revealed abnormalities. MRI of the brain showed several lesions in the white matter near the ventricles. She was prescribed prednisone (40mg: dat for a month) I started to feel better after about a week. She visited the doctor after three weeks and the doctor advised her to taper off her prednisone in the following weeks and schedule an appointment after six months
