It basically means that everyone is a genius in their own way and everyone has their own skills. If you decide to judge someone on what they cannot do (eg. a fish climbing a tree) rather than what they can do, it's gonna make the person feel $tupid their entire life. Not everyone can do the same thing and not everyone has the same abilities. A fish may not be able to climb a tree, but it can swim well. Just like a bee wouldn't be able to swim, but it can fly.
