The main difference between a prokaryotes and
eukaryotes

eukaryote cells have a membrane -bound nucleus and prokaryote cells do not. the nucleus is where eukaryote ls store their genetic information and prokaryotes have no membrane bound organelles.

Prokaryotes are single-celled and eukaryotes are multicellular. Prokaryotes are bacteria and don't have a nucleus but Eukaryotes are animals and they do have a nucleus.

only about ten percent of the energy at one trophic level is passed on to organisms at the next trophic level. the remainder of the energy is used in life processes or lost as heat.
