This is because the particles lined in the cardboard tube are absorbed into the water. This is much like the circulatory system because blood travels through the capillaries and absorbs the nutrients stored in the villi, which are represented by the corrugated inside of the cardboard tube, that absorb nutrients from the digestive tract. The blood then travels back into the blood vessels to deliver this nutrients throughout the rest of the body, which is vital for the function of all organs in the body.

    This model supports that cells are the building blocks for human bodies because it shows how each part of the digestive and circulatory systems work to move cells around in the body in order to provide nutrients and required substances to keep the body functioning properly. If the digestive and circulatory systems were not functioning, the body could not function either because the nutrients and cells that are transported by these systems are required for life of the human body.

estuaries are the partially enclosed coastal bodies of brackish water formed at the mouth of sea where river meets an ocean. it is a transition zone between river and sea water so estuaries are influenced to both marine environment such as tides, waves and to riverine such as flow of fresh water and sediments. the mixing of sea and fresh water provide high level of nutrients, making estuaries a high product habitats.

many estuaries suffers degradation from a variety of human activities like erosion from deforestation, overgrazing, overfishing, drainage and eutrophication.
