Why would an enginner not chooese material such as concrete when designing an earthquake proof builing?

Materials like concrete can absorb very little energy, making them very suseptible to minor earthquakes.

there is not 1 highest source of protein, but there are many; meats, fish, poultry, seafood, cheese, eggs, yogurt and milk. the only non complete animal food that is beneficial is gelatin.
