Explain what ATP is and how energy is stored/released by this molecule; not from off the Internet.

ATP (Adenine triphodphate) is a high energy molecule and contains 3 phosphates that store energy. Energy is released when a phosphate bond breaks. The phosphate is then released and the uses the energy to help with other things in the body like muscle coordination, building of carbohydrates and proteins.
