Okay okay ik this is a hw app, but i need to know how to make hot cocoa. I've tried like 50 thousand times and i can't make it. I'm sick of paying for it at starbucks lol. SO PLEASE HEL <3

8 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, water, and salt over medium heat.

Cook, stirring constantly until smooth and bring to a simmer.

Reduce heat, and stir in the milk, do not boil.

Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Pour into mugs and serve immediately.

Hope this helps, or you can always just buy the kind in the packages and add hot milk or water, your choice. Also I suggest adding whip topping and or marshmallows regardless of how you make it, or even crushed candy cane if you are into that.
