i'm not actually asking the question, i just wanted to point out that two people said that water is an element, but it isn't and i wanted to try to people out and the question was "archived". water is h2o, right? and the periodic table has all of the elements. the periodic table has h(hydrogen) and o(oxygen), but it does not have h2o. water is a combination of h & o so it would be a compound
