y = mx +b

standard form

m = 5/2

slope intercept form

y - 3 = 5/2*( x -3)

y = 5x/2  -9/2

standard form

5x -2y = 9

(3). (-2, 0) and (0,5)

  m = 5/2

slope intercept form

y - 0 = 5/2 ( x+2)

y = 5x/2 + 5

standard form

5x -2y = -10

y = 7x/2 -7
