Heyy, yes, person reading this, I need help plz lol 1. How do glucose levels change when you exercise after meals versus when you don’t exercise?
2. What happens to the rate (speed) of respiration when we exercise?
3. Why would your cells need more glucose when you exercise?

I think:

1. Exercising release reserve suger that is stored in you muscles.

2. When you exercise you start to work your body harder and you use more oxygen and produce mor carbon dioxide so for ur bpdy to cope with this to starts to increase your breathing.

3. your body need more glucose  because of your body's exaggerated release of glucose-raising hormones such as adrenaline and glucagon.
