In this part of the lab, we will investigate the effect of guanidine concentration on the 3D structure of myoglobin. You will be given 1 mg/ml myoglobin stock solution and 6M guanidine stock solution. For each reaction, you should have a final volume of 3 ml, a final myoglobin concentration of 0.1 mg/ml and final guanidine concentrations ranging from 0 M to 3 M in 0.3 M increments. Calculate the appropriate volume for each stock solution and copy your result from the pre-lab assignment sheet to Table 1.
