Bile is not an enzyme which is made in the liver which helps in the emulsification of fats. Here, Emulsification means the break down of larger molecules of fat into small molecule. The bile is temporarily stored in the Gall Bladder.

The bile juice is then released into the duodenum(the first part of small intestine) through hepato pancreatic duct. The duct carries both enzymes of pancreas and bile. They digest the food in the small intestine
