What are the symptoms associated with Marfan syndrome? Do all patients with Marfan syndrome display all the symptoms?

tall, slender built, long arms, legs, and fingers, crowded teeth, heart murmurs, abnormal curved spine, flat feet, stretch marks not related from gaining or loosing weight. Not all patients display all of the symptoms or to the same degree as others. Marfan syndrome also affect other parts of the body like the heart, blood vessels, bones, etc.
