- BSCs have HEPA filters that can achieve 99.97% to 99.99% efficiency in filtering the most penetrating particles (0.3μm). This means that 0.3μm are the most difficult to filter.
Why is that so? Why is it easier to filter particles smaller and larger than 0.3μm?
