1 .. how do energy packets (solar radiation and infrared radiation) interact with the clouds to cool the planet.

2 .. cloud caused the temperature to decrease. thiS is called negative feedback, where a simulus (heating) resultals in a feedback (evaporation of water into the atmosphere, where it forms clouds) that counteracts the stimulus (cooling effects). how is this different from the positive feedback relationship of water vapor and temperature?
