SPECIATION can be defined as an evolutionary process which involves the formation of new  distinct species with unique characteristics  as a result of specie seperation from other specie members.

A typical example of how speciation occurs have once in a while been seen in nature. speciation is thought to occur more often in bacteria since bacteria can trade more characteristics with organisms that are not parent and offspring.

Also, apple maggot flies are used to laying their eggs on the product of hawthorn tree, but some years later the apple maggot were observed to be laying their eggs on the apples instead. presently there are two gathering of apple parasites; one that lays egg on the hawthorn tree and the other one that lays egg on apples. male looks for mate on the similar sort of organic product they developed on and the female lays their egg on similar kind of natural product they experienced childhood with.
