Don't quote me on this, because it's coming from me and my common sense and prior knowledge

You might be able to do this, but since your average period lasts a week and comes back the next month, you might die of dehydration if you're only relying on that for hydration.

You could also not be able to do this for many factors, but the two I can think of are that blood doesn't have the same sustenance(?) as other liquids like water

also blood clotting might play a role in this, but I don't know if that would effect it
