Two kinetics experiments have been done with 5mM enzyme. One was done an inhibitor, the other was done in the presence of 0.05M Ibuprofen, a known inhibitor. Double- reciprocal plots were made from the data. The equation of the lines of each plot are shown below (units are mWmin and mM).
Without Ibuprofen: y= 0.0116x + 0.0194
With Ibuprofen: y= 0.0203x + 0.0194
