The transportation system of plants consists of xylem and phloem. This tissues grow and flourish due to endocrine system. The auxin, cytokinin, and the gibberellin has direct effects on the growth of the plant tissues.

Now the plant reproduction i.e flowering and seed formation are also dependent on the endocrine system. Auxin is responsible for bud formation. So each and every system is dependent on each other for their flourishing.
