In eukaryotic cells, the message from the dna must be removed from the nucleus before it can be read and used to make proteins. however, prokaryotic cells do not have a nucleus. what does this mean for protein production in these cells?

a: protein production can occur much faster since the cell does not have to get the message stored in the dna out of the nucleus.
