So, how do we solve environmental problems? which perspective is correct? can we use technology to improve upon ecological systems? do we have no choice but to try, given the growth of society and the legacy of environmental damage left by history? can new technologies even reverse the ecological damage caused by the old ones? or, are we on a technological track, an innovation avenue, that will lead to unavoidable environmental destruction? will our reach always exceed our grasp? or can we develop a system whereby we use technology to develop a better balance with nature? is technology the answer to our environmental problems?
