Why are hurricanes considered more damaging than tornadoes when tornadoes have stronger winds

Because of the impact the hurricane does. I mean a tornado is effective to utilize a hurricane is the amount and the power it is doing.

One reason is because a hurricane is a huge storm. but mostly likly because of their size, duration and variety of ways to destroy items. a strong hurricane can reach miles and miles of destruction. They can create flood, huge rain and lighting storm and some strong hurricanes can cause sonamis

You should never redesign your experiment. try and see what in your experiment you made a mistake on or try and test your experimemt with somebody else. see if they get the right results.
