Can somebody me out with this question because i’m really confused? ?

1. basically, what are the health benefits to drinking water

2. what does carbon do for humans and animals - how would it benefit us, why is it important

3. types of molecules in the body - both macro and micro, etc.

4. biological macromolecules are like, i believe the functions of all the macromolecules (carbs, proteins,etc) for example, why are carbs important for the human body? what do they do for us, etc.

5. how are polymers formed from things like carbs and proteins

6. what do enzymes do for us, benefits, etc

well schools are being forced to embrace computers. unlike their "digital immigrant" teachers, these students are "digital natives", born into a world where technology is an integral part of everyday life. almost every student has access to a multitude of computers, laptops and tablet devices. it would be crazy to assume an assignment would  not be written on computer in this day and age.
