The motion tool is in the head. It does not have an outer frame / graft except the Nautilus. The inner frame is composed of lime, the shape is flat and pure white. The body consists of 2 parts, the head and body connected by the neck. Cephalopod breathing system occurs exchange of H2O in the mantle cavity carried by the gills.

The digestive system of cephalopods is food captured by tentacles, then inserted into the mouth, destroyed and softened by the tongue of the stomach, into the esophagus, stomach and absorbed by the intestines through the anus. Behind the stomach there is a bag of liquid black ink which will be released when facing danger.

3. generally does not have an outer shell, but has an inner shell made of lime / chitin
4. Has ink pockets / glands
5. Has a role as a food source of fish and is a seafood that has high protein content.
6. Types of cephalopods that have an outer shell and do not have an ink bag, Nautilus papillus
Example: Loligo indica (squid), Sepia sp. (cuttlefish), the shell is reduced and located inside, while in Octopus vulgaris (octopus), the Nautilus papilus does not have a shell
Reproduction of females produces eggs equipped with shells. Fertilization occurs in water

The shape or size of its head is striking, which is surrounded by arms or tentacles
