Crossing Over is the exchange of genetic material between 2 homologous chromosomes non-sister chromatids that results in recombinant chromosomes during sexual reproduction.

Crossing over occurs in the first division of meiosis .

in the given case, the oxygen saturation is measured at 93 percent, hence, there is no need to administer oxygen, that is, one should withhold oxygen.
