Agroup of scientists is developing a new chemical compound. they want to test its effects on an aquatic ecosystem using a nearby ocean bay. they enclose a region of a bay with an insulated covering to create an isolated system in which to do their experiment. predict what would happen to living organisms in this isolated experimental system.

The influence on the organism by the compound may be catastrophic or slight on the basis of the experiment done.
