Overweight is when your body gains too much weight from fat foods. It also means that you are above normal weight for your age. There are different levels of obesity, starting from minor and going on. Obesity depends on what your diet is mostly based on.  

Scientifically overweight means that a persons BMI or body mass index is higher than a certain percentage depending on who you are. Being overweight can change depending on your sex, age, height, and over all mass.
