Why is it so essential in developing information systems?

you have to have information to be able to prove are theory or anything espically on science or an experiment you do you have to have evidence and information about your theory from the experiement you just did.

stratosphere: as the altitude increases, the air temperature increases. the stratosphere has a layer of ozone, called the ozone layer. this layer absorbs most of the ultraviolet radiation from sunlight. this results in the stratosphere being warmer.
