Music Publisher is a person/company that aims to coordinate the promotion and publication of musical works in their various formats. It is also the function of a publisher to safeguard and protect musical works so that there is due payment by those who make use of them.

Basically there are three forms of contracts that can be concluded between publisher and author:

- Assignment agreement of the author's rights, where he assigns in full or non-onerous form all or part of his exclusive rights.

- Music publishing contract also generates the assignment of property rights, but the publisher undertakes to disclose and promote the works in addition to licensing and protecting their use.

- Future works contract happens when the author contracts with the publisher his future works in the period of the exclusive contract.

well seeing i am an artist and i actually did a self portrait; i will describe how i painted it.   i used acrylic on a stretch canvas about 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall. i painted myself smiling in a soft pink long dress, white tile floor sitting on a white couch with a table behind and a vase of gorgeous flowers.   i also had a round white hat with a soft pink ribbon through it laying on the floor and on the table behind me was a lit candle. i kept it simple but soft and romantic.
