You could research cultures that go with languages and write/draw examples of those cultures.

Since the topic is celebrate humanity through languages, you could do something about cultural appreciation but also since it needs to be related to something in society today, diverse schools/clubs/classes. You could draw photos of culture clubs, i was in one when i was little, and then translate what you need to, to the language asked.
