if you play a forced deal card that forces a player of your choice to swap one of your selected properties with one of their properties, of your choice. If you have no properties down, can you still play that card? Will you then get their property without having to give them anything? Or no...?

im not sure but i think soo im looking t the instrucsions  now i really dont get it but i think so because if u dont own a property then u should be able to play that card without giving them any thig or u might to give them less money than what the property is im not sure but pls mark brainlest i only ot one and it makes me look slow bu we dnt speak on that even though im a and b  student princal list a nd honor roll and i think citzenship i dont but hope it helps
