That sounds terrible! This may not help you but what I do is after each 15 minutes of working, i allow myself a minute or two of doing something i actually want to do. like ill go on social media for a couple minutes and then get back to work. it helps me to not mind school work too much because i get intermittent little breaks.

sorry, but you need to write this essay on your own, or it's plagurism! use the information you gave to you. and find a good topic from the news your good at. for example, video games? just search on your search engine, "video games on the news" and read and watch about it. : ) then just write!
