How do i not cry rn, my bf broke up with me and its raining and sad music is playing. how do i not cry right now? :(

It’s good to let things out and not bottle up your emotions it’s okay to cry it will take a while for you to get over those feelings but try and distract yourself to new things

My Bf broke up with me 2 months ago and I moved forward by spending time with my friends I tried to forget about him but I couldn’t so then I moved on cuz I don’t deserve him I deserve someone better also, I won’t waste my tears cuz of him, so I moved on, I listened to music but not sad my fav ones and I felt better I spent time drawing dancing, now I have a better Bf he cares about me and I knew he’s the one. I hope you feel better, you deserve someone better, don’t waste your tears
