I believe that this is a successful cover because the artist used many details in the art. The artist put the musician/song artist, on top of a fluffy cloud to catch the viewers attention. You also can notice how the font is 3D like which is also eye catching. This overall art is very successful and contains many qualities of a perfect art piece. Even the background isn’t bland, it has clouds around it but it isn’t too obnoxious or busy.

Photography has changed its subject matter quite a lot over the past few years. in the 1800's, it was considered normal for families to have  post mortem photos of their loved ones, and now that would be completely unacceptable. i think that photographers have always pushed boundaries and have been eager to capture everything, it is just society that changes their boundaries.
