The program music is a composite representing or suggesting a story or series of events. This program music, is descriptive and narrative which means is telling a story.  Program music was very popular in the 19th century, it was closely related with the literature and paintings. Best example for program music is  the music piece "Symphonie fantastique" from Hector Berlioz. 

Beethoven was a deaf man and couldnt hear. he became famous for his classical pieces. and there ye go.vivaldi was a true one hit wonder classical artist. hes known for his classical piece the four seasons. he was although wasn't as great as beethoven and yea 'ere ye a go.
