Does this work of art have harmony and variety? why?

Harmony is when an artwork is visually appealing to one's eyes. The warm colors of the reds and yellows matches with the cooler colors of black and blue. The repetitive 5 creates harmony as well. 

This artwork also has variety. The different sizes of the 5s show variety. Also, the different shades of the yellows, reds, and blues create variety. 

Start with a good stem and on the top put a kinda wiggly line into a circle connecting to the stem then draw some squiggly lines in the circle that should be about 3-2 inches long

Perspective is important because it enabled the 3 dimensional world to be translated into the 2d world of the picture plane. this had an immediate impact on the representation of reality in art and design.
