If most museum art is donated, does this affect the quality and diversity of the collection and the public's experience of fine art?

I would say yes due to the fact the if some art is removed from the Museum then the quality and diversity changes because it depends on what the artworks were worth and how diverse they were which then changes the experience of the people.
